Okay, so it's not like I'm going to go out and buy one, but what exactly are the Type-R and Type-S options on certain models of Hondas? I mean, I'm aware that they're the souped-up versions, but I cannot find information that states how they're souped-up.

Other manufacturers seem more than willing to tell you about their special models (BMW M3 and M5, Saab Viggen, etc.), but www.hondacars.com seems to not even mention Type-R or Type-S. In fact, a Google search turns up nothing.
