What do you mean by "re-upload"? Have you deleted the origin on the empeg before? Try that and be sure that it isn't there any more, then try to upload it again.
You could also try to delete the mp3-Tag (in Windows) with something like ID3-Tag Editor and the create a new ID3 Tag. This should work.
