It looks like there was a bulk order put in at the factory, and all of the Noritake vendords (Chicago, NJ, Australia and Japan) are all part of this order. Looks like I might need to add a few more on there...
Meanwhile, I have received Rod's address, and I hope to get the VFD packaged and shipped tomorrow. More details to follow via PM / email.
