I've been asked before but not by you, I think.
Two files where used in the creation of the boot, the jeep logo from here and the hills graphic here.
The boot starts off in Photoshop (the design stage). I'll assemble and lay out all the graphics to be used in a blank 128x32 canvas as layers. After having all I will need in my 128x32 composition, I transfer it, layers and all, to Imageready to animate. The completed and saved gif file will usually see both programs again for touch ups or to add to the finished animation.
