Okay, that sounds like it's mostly working then.
The "stream" is likely just a mime-type issue on the PC. The OGG folks were late in deciding on an "official" ogg mime-type, and several pseudo-standards existed before they invented a totally new (different) one. The result is that many media players (PC software) expect differing mime-types than the new official mime-type.
Hijack uses the official one: application/ogg. Blah.. you'd think they'd use an "audio/...." type, but no.. too purist -- in theory, an ogg file could be a photograph rather than a musical track.
