Whatever Padilla is or isn't guilty of, the lack of proper judicial process is disturbing. Using CNN to present all this 'evidence' (hearsay) as fact, along with a guilty verdict, is despicable. Padilla is a US citizen, yet does not have any avenues to refute these pronouncements.

How long before they announce the final solution?
