Your problem looks to be the URL setting you entered in the following line in trio.xml:

<server name="arm" title="Audio Receiver Manager" descr="..." class="..." url="http://67.65.154.xxx:12078"/>

What we need to do is figure out what the correct setting is for you. As 67.65.154.xxx isn't working, we need to try your computer's other ip address. To find out what this is, open a dos or command prompt (on the machine where ARM is running) and type "ipconfig". The "IP Address" entries in the results will tell you.
