I have an ms intellamouse. Its software allows mapping on a per program basis. In my browser the thumb button is BACK the right edge is FWD. In my cad program, left thumb is shift and thumb fwd is ctrl. I can do all mouse operations without a second hand on the keyboard. Sweet.
