Yum, I love Lion bars. Don't think i can get them locallly though. Last had one in Portugal.

I just worry that the pimped version doesn't have the correct ratio of chocolate and caramel to wafers. If you cut a huge slice you're going to be eating a lot of wafer.

I bookmarked the page on the Billionaire's shortbread... I might give it a try.
