Hmm strange you did not hear from us. I believe you ordered on the 3rd, right? A few days later you inquired about the order and you should have received a reply- at least one was sent. Your order was shipped on Saturday morning, Dec. 8th. I'm sorry it took a bit longer than normal to get the order out, but sometimes the cables have to be made up on site (sorry) and with the recent move as Austin suggested, there has been quite a bit of diversion of time resources. Things should get more back to normal soon. I promise! Give your order a few more days, this time of year the mail can get a bit sluggish.
