Exactly as it does with the original. If you took an original plastic facia, placed if face down and then filled in the hollow backside, that is how mine will be. The button and lens holes will still be completely open. If you just mean dimensionally how will it fit. Well it will actually be of higher precision than the original since there is less tolerance in injection molded plastics.
