I too am using a Pioneer. A DEH-9000 to be precise, also with the Empeg connected to it's Aux port, created with the optional adaper on the IP-bus. Works great. Great sound, great EQ and drives my amps perfectly. And oh yeah : you just gotta love that organic-EL display.
Pioneer has always been good to me. I'd recommend it anyday.
