No difference, of course. However, radiative heating from sun will tend to warm up solid, dark surfaces first. Air (and water) will be heated mostly convectively, and will take quite a while to reach anything near the equilibrium. I don't believe anything in the car will reach 200F except perhaps a piece of something matte black in direct sunlight.
