I'd like to figure out an easy way to have people upload these animations to RioCar.org, and have a preview. I'd like to have a way for them to just upload one thing, and have the site somehow generate the preview from that. Do you (or anyone else) know of a way of doing this? I'd prefer doing an animated GIF or PNG, instead of people having to upload frame by frame and needing to specify the play order.
