For some reason on my rio car i have no display at all??? I checked all connections and all seems well. It works but nothing on the screen. I did notice that when I turn it on the small blue light in the right turns on then quickly fads out.. I have contacted TIM i pray he can help.

1 year warranty worst thing that could happen is you have to send it in.

Why would you contact Tim E? He doesn't even work for SB anymore - I thought he worked for intel. Please contact support as listed in the back of the manual. support@empeg.com works too i think.

The SONICblue email and web addresses now use sonicblue.com - but the old addresses continue to work in most cases.
