I'm attempting to setup a second server to move all of my mail operations from my main box, as well as setting up a secondary DNS.

I happen to have a PIII 800 and 768MB ram with an 80GB hard drive laying here rotting away. Unfortunately what I need is a super cheap and not very impressive 1U case with a mobo with built on Video and at least 1 Nic (2 would be nice). I know I'm prolly asking too much, but I wanna try and get it for under $150, and if possible under $100.

Anyone know where I could happen to find one? Or anyone know a company that is throwing a couple out?

$160 for the 1U and a PS from servercases.com
$65 for a M-ATX Asus Mobo

I'm not sure if this is the lowest prices I'll be able to find.
