And I'll bet you had to lower the mouse, add a freer flowing exhaust, chip the electronic timing, bolt on a wing, and add ground effect skirts in order to do that.

I pointed a friend of mine to that... and once he turned up the pointer speed and acceleration, he was pulling 800's, too. But 575 is all I can get with my cordless optical.

Edit: Nevermind. Just pulled 716. Guess it's all in the wrist.

I didn't do so well not having grown up with one to practice on.

That passed around here a few months back. I decided it was next to impossible to get above 500 with the optical trackball that I use. The problem is that if the ball spins too fast in one direction, the cursor starts going the other way.

Don't worry 'bout it... I only managed 118.

That might have something to do with my X pointer being set with a sane scrolling speed though. Fast pointers and auto raise have compatibility issues

I've been at it for hours and my wrist is getting tired. The best I can do is 372 with an optical mouse and not messing with the settings.

At my normal settings (Logitech Cordless Mouseman Optical), the best I could pull was 202. So be happy.

Ok, maybe I'm stating the obvious, but did anybody notice that the way to get a really high score is to drag the hand all the way to the right, move your mouse outside of the flash movie and bring it back in on the left side. This causes the flash movie to think your pointer instantly jumped from the right-most point to the left-most point. Hence the ultra-fast "spank".

yes, that's actually one of the cheats. You can also ramp up the sensitivity and fully accellerate movement to get high scores.

Well when I do that, I only get about 830mph. I don't know how people were getting 2000+. I also tried to up te speed and acceleration of my mouse, and it was still in the 800's
