I remember way back when Tony suggested a new way (other than the default) to set up the Auto Volume Adjust in Hijack. I think his way was better or something.
Anyway, I'm setting up my A.V.A. and I tried to find his post but when you search all his posts theres like a million of 'em.
I looked at the Hijack FAQ on riocar.org but all it says is:
· How do I adjust the VolAdj settings, and what do they mean?
(Entry last updated on March 6th, 2002)
Working on it...

Could somebody please point me in the right direction?

Thanks.
Zachary

You mean that he offered new, better values for the settings?

IIRC, they were incorporated into Hijack long ago as the new defaults.

Edit: Yup. v254.

Please check out this thread.

The worksheet linked there has some defatlt values in it that aren't the final ones I settled on. The final ones are at the bottom of that thread. In fact, I believe the final ones at the bottom of that thread are the ones that are now the defaults in Hijack.

But the worksheet itself is nice if you want to fiddle with the settings and modify them to your tastes.
