I am sure that i had it at one point but the only version i can find anywhere is 1.2.

The download on riocar.org is for 1.2 and it realy is 1.2.

Yeah, I just did.

Only problem is...

I think what I did was... I fixed up the entry in the Downloads section so that it pointed to 1.3, and all was well. Then I noticed that your "broken download report" that you submitted was still showing up in the RioCar.org administrative interface. So I selected "delete" to remove the broken download report. Only problem is, I think that deleted both your report as well as the download.

Sometimes it's dangerous to have Admin privileges.

Anyway, there's some validity to deleting it from the downloads section, since CharcoalGray99 has his own web page for the thing, and the FAQ links his web page instead of the the Downloads section. That way, he doesn't have to remember update both places when he makes a new version, he just needs to update his web site.

It would be nice if the downloads section would point to a web page where present, or a file if not.

Perhaps it can, I didn't try it that way...
