Pursuant to a post I made about a month ago, I was wondering if anyone knew the e-mail address to which to send text/SMS messages to Alltel subscribers. I know that Nextel uses the format 'twoway.10digitnumber@messaging.nextel.com' and that Verizon uses '10digitnumber@vtext.com'. I believe that a similar format is used by Cingular, too - '10digitnumber@mobile.mycingular.com'. However, I'm unsure as to the format the Alltel messages should take. I hope one of you can help. Bye for now, Alasdair.

How's this?

BTW, that was the first link Google provided when searching for ``alltel text messaging email address''.

Thanks, Bitt...you're a star! That's EXACTLY what I was looking for. Every time I tried to find something, I ended up needing some code for the Alltel website. And it just goes to show you how important the phrases you enter in the search engne can be. Thanks again. Regards, Alasdair.
