Well... I can't believe it either and although it certainly doesn't anger me it just goes to show how ignorant some judges are and how they let their personal beliefs instead of law dictate their decisions.

I don't believe he should be fired for his decision either but do believe it'll be appealed and overturned providing there isn't more to the story than is in print.
