Anyone have any idea why, when I select the Remove programs.. from the Control panel items, that it just hangs on the screen that says "Please Wait while populating the list"?

Thanks

One or more of the installed items is corrupted. Probably a messed up Windows Installer cache is my guess.

Unfortunately, I have no idea what to do. My first step would be to try searching the microsoft KB at http://support.microsoft.com and seeing if they've got a known issue with it, and a work around.

Nope, no known issues with it...When I finally got it to come up once and tried to delete the offending progam (Windows FrontPage 2003), my firewall blocked it saying that it was trying to launch something else..have done virus/malware scans...
