To be honest, I haven't read a newspaper in ages, but it used to be published on the Editorials page around here and not the comics page. Which might explain why you might be having trouble finding it.

They are published in the Boston Globe.

We get them here in South Florida in the Miami-Herald. Glad that he's back!
