Today I spent a couple of hours forward-porting my Mythtv UI patches to the current 0.24 version.

Everything seems to work, so I'm making the patches available here for anyone else who might want them. This is also my way of backing up important stuff.

Note: these all assume use of the Mythbuntu theme.

What do they fix?
--> get rid of scrolling on main menu.
--> reenable left/right arrow key navigation in most places
--> Make EPG bigger (more rows/columns) for use with modern TVs.
--> Lots of other little tweaks.
