Blue faceplates won't appear on the store as a regular part - they're being handled by support, so send them an email (carsupport@riohome.com). They're not back from manufacture yet so I would go ahead and order your tuner separately.

Curious, notice the difference between From:(s) in both emails.

Well Rob has a personal hand in the running of the International store so it's pretty unlikely . The main problem seems to be gettng stock, especially out of the US.

To follow up on this, tuners are shipping today as expected. Because of the backlog, though, I think it could take as long as the end of this week before we have sent all of the Mk.1 upgrade and empeg store tuners.

Be assured that our dispatcher is working very hard to minimise the delay.

You'll get a tracking number when it ships. Sorry the communication isn't ideal, but we have one part timer running the store (which is not an official SONICblue service) and he's very rushed with shipping tuners right now.

I've now talked to some other people and my advice is:

If you want one, or will want one at some point, get it now. There should be enough to cover almost all of the mk2s shipped to date, but when these are gone it might get messy to get more made as the main product is EOL (eg, might have to collect pre-orders to make a batch, etc).

Is it delivered with the wires or is it a nude rack only and must make myself connectings.
