I've been looking for a device that can hookup to my phone and to my PC/Karma, headphones and a mic. When my phone rings it lowers the volumn of PC/Karma and rings in the headphones. I then can pick up the phone and talk using the mic / headphone combo.

Does anyone know of anything like this?

I assume you are not talking VoIP - standard wired phone. Sadly, no, I have not seen anything that does exactly this. The closest thing that I know of (and use in the office) is a Plantronics Amplifier, model MX-10. It allows the shared audio, but has none of the cool automatic features and only supports mono at the headset (mixing the channels). You might want to check out the GN Netcom 9120. It seems pretty close, but (again) only looks mono.

If you spot anything close, please post - I might be interested. Thanks!

My empeg and Parrot CK3000 (bluetooth car kit) do this exactly. Not quite what you're looking for, I suspect.

I want this for in office use, so I can have my headphones on all day.

Plantronics used to make something that was a headset amplifier for phone and computer audio that did what you're looking for.

Check them out. They have excellent stuff, though a bit pricey.

Best,

Jim
