The FAQ says:
But the link to sample images no longer works, and the EmRAWverter utility also isn't there now. Anyone have a copy, or more information on the actual image format required?

You can replace the graphic used in the Image Pan visual. This is done with the EmRAWerter utility. The file must be RLE compressed, and then uploaded to the player using one of these methods.
