problem with new empeg - 21/06/2002 12:00
I just bought a rio car from someone on ebay and am having a hard time getting it to work. I have emplode version 1.03 and when I click on the emeg it says the emplode software I am using is not as new as the software on the empeg and I need to go online to get an update. I am not aware of a version newer than the one I have. Do you know what the problem is?

The latest Beta release is 2.0-beta11 so maybe the previous owner updated the firmware. You can get the latest emplode (or an older player) from
www.empeg.com.

Go to the about menu of the player and see what software it is
It is probably 2.0beta something or other which can be found under the latest software link at the top of this page
