I am selling my trusty old original Empeg MkI player on Ebay....cos I want to watch the World Cup in HD - so I have to upgrade my TV, and have no spare cash, so begrudgingly, I have to sell my baby

it's serial no. 738 from the first batch ever made in Wilts, UK.

Comes with the remote/docking sled/carry case etc, and also 2500 rock/metal tracks installed (that's over 300 CD's worth - so that's gotta be worth approx £2500 on their own !!) and also a really nice Power amp too....

That's a Mark 2 in the pic.

That's definitely a MK2. He's getting confused about MK2 (Empeg) and MK2a (Rio). I have the latter version. Actually, it's been in storage for...well, forever. I'll try and power it up later to see if it still runs.
