Display Extender Kit in the UK

Bought one of the last ones with the intention of using it to install in my new Civic - but it turns out that it just wasn't really going to happen.

Its all brand new, still sealed, complete and unused. Comes with both extender boards all assembled and ready to go, the cable and all of the standoffs, nuts, washers and stuff that you will need. Full instructions and original invoices also supplied.

There is a small CD in the box in one of the pictures which is for something completely separate, please ignore it!

Hi! Any chance this is still around? Or does anyone know where I could get one? I am in a real bind with a new / used Volvo S40 with integrated audio and climate system. I saw someone did something nice with one of these display extenders. I hope to do the same. I have been using my Empeg for about 12 years and want to keep using it! Thank you.
