Isn't the "It is still in the original box and seal from SonicBlue." a problem since it could be about anything in the box?

Well, if it was still sealed in the box it was shipped from SonicBlue in, there might be a problem. But, those little white boxes with the antenna adapter rattling around inside pretty-much assure a tuner is in there.
Your post reminds me of when SonicBlue sent me a RioVolt instead of a RioCar. Yeah, they look alike.
