Looks good, you've overcome my doubts about actually having the players... Hopefully some more people who want empegs will be able to get one.

Re: Group Buy price reduced to $499 (PayPal = $515) - 09/07/2002 15:12

Great news! There are 5 more units available for the group buy. Also there is 1 20GB available for $799 and 1 60GB $999 unit. Those are regular prices not group buy prices. If you have submitted payment, your unit will be shipped within 10 business days (it takes a while to route the payments out of PayPal). There is no longer a wait until everyone has made payment!

I just received my MkIIa from the group buy, and it looks to be in good shape, with everything included. The transaction was painless...good job!

However, I didn't receive anything extra in my empeg box (not that I'm complaining). Did you change you mind on the "surprise" thing?

Just got my 2 units before the weekend, both in good condition and in "NEW" condition. If Tony only sent out 3 units so far he must have sent 2 to me and 1 to "Frekin". A co-worker of mine has not rec'd his unit yet, although I have no doubts that he will get his too. This has been a very professional deal from the begining, plenty of contact e-mail to inform me of status etc... and a timely delivery! Thanks Tony for puttin' a couple more Rio's under my belt. One of these is definitely for the wife, she's been beggin' for one of her own since I got my first one (hehe, I now have 4 of my own).

Hey Bodybag,
I'm in Germany until next Monday. More units will begin to ship at that time. It's an unexpected trip (quality problem at a supplier of mine). My day job as a fuel injection engineer keeps me pretty busy. :-)

Hi all, I'm on the brink of parting with my cash and finally entering your world after a few years of looking in enviously

No disrespect intended to TTony (who has been very helpful and promt in answering my mails), but I just wondered if a few people here who have recieved their players from him can set my mind at rest that he is indeed the fine upstanding member of the community that he appears to be!!!

Cheers
