My colleague at work has bought one and fitted it in his children's bedroom, so he can see them from work.
It's a bit pricey, but it is well made and high perfomance. The lenses are good, and the frame rate is high.
There are various bolt-on options for audio, a relay, and IR/Audio sensors.
Based on what I have seen of it, I am considering one myself.

I was told this one looks good as its the cheapest of this sort of thing available right now - not sure if thats true though.
