It looks pretty legitimate to me. Okay -- I can't read it, but it's got list info, it's from a legitimate, well-respected web site, etc.
I'd imagine that there was either a serious screw-up on their part or someone is screwing with you and signed you up for the list severl hundred times. In either case, I'd just get in touch with AI, Sweden. Try here.

hmm...I was trying to decipher the headers and it looked to me like it was forwarded from sara@socialistisktforum.net, and not from the amnesty.se folks...but I'm not an expert in email headers...

That looks like who it was delivered to. And a number of other things match up, so it's either really excellently produced spam (which seems unlikely), or it's a legit mistake.
Edit: Oh. I see. You're looking at the Resent stuff. Hmmm. Even Resent stuff should have further Received headers. That's odd.
Re: I hate spammers! - need a little help. - 23/01/200317:18
Okay. It looks like it was resent. But it should have been delivered to sara.rosberg@home.se at the mail server mail3.nshosts.com. Do you have any relationship to any of that?

nope...it's delivered to dbjorgen at schooldynamics dot net. That's another weird thing...I don't see that address anywhere in the headers. Maybe it's a problem with the mail server. It's one of those cheap $10/mo. hosting services where I have limited control of the email domain. I can delete the account, but then the user loses all the mail that was previously sent to that address.
