Yahoo mail as default e-mail?

I want my computer to go to Yahoo mail whenever I compose a new e-mail, but how do I go about doing that? I looked in the 'Internet Options' and it only gives me outlook and Hotmail as the two e-mail options.

i've tried this before, and works great, except the annoyance of retyping my password every time.
