Cheap video cameras

I'm looking for some cheap surveilence type miniature video cameras to use as webcams with a switcher and capture card. The cheapest I've found is £30 for a colour camera without built in sound. I wonder wether it'd be cheaper to buy NTSC ones in the US and get them shipped over.
