I could have used that a few weeks ago when I was ragging on search engine ads mindlessly droping your search string into their text. For the life of me, I still can't find all those great examples I've seen.

"Get all your RUNNING from ebay.com" "Lowest prices on DONE at ecost.com"

Also, last night's Chris Parnell/Andy Samberg white guy gansta rap on SNL was hysterical:

"Lazy Sunday;
Wake up in the late afternoon
Call Parnell
Just to see how he's doin'"
"Hello?" "What up, Parn?"
"Yo! Sandberg! What's crackin'?"
"Thinkin' what I'm thinkin'?"
"Narnia!" "Then it's happ'nin'!"
"But first my hunger pangs
are sticking like duct tape"
"We'll hit on Magnolia and
mack on some cupcakes!"
"No doubt that bakery's
got all the bomb frostings!"
"I love those cupcakes
like McAdams loves Josling!"

"Two! No, Six!, No,
Twelve! Baker's Dozen!"
"I told you that I'm crazy
for these cupcakes, cousin!"
"Yo, where's the movie playin'?"
"Upper west side, dude"
"Well, let's hit up Yahoo Maps
to find the dopest route!"
"I prefer MapQuest"
"That's a good one, too"
"Google Maps is the best"
"True 'dat" "Double True!"
"68th and Broadway"
"Step on it, sucka!"
"What you wanna do, Chris?"
"Snack attack, motha-fucka!"

"The Chronic!" "What?"
"-Cles of Narnia!"
"It's the Chronic!" "What?"
"-Cles of Narnia!"
"We love the Chronic!" "What?"
"-Cles of Narnia!"
"Pass the Chronic!" "What?"
"-Cles of Narnia!"

"Yo, stop at the deli;
The theater's overpriced"
"You got the backpack"
"Gonna pack it up nice"
"Don't want security
to get suspicious"
"Mr. Pibb and Red Vines
equals crazy delicious"
"I reach in my pocket,
pull out some dough"
"Girl acted like she'd
never see a ten befo'"
"It's all about the
Hamiltons baby!"
"Throw the snacks in a bag"
"And I'm ghost like Swayze"

"Roll up to the theata'"
"Ticket buyin' what we're handlin'"
"You can call us Aaron Burr"
"From the way we're droppin' Hamiltons"
"Parked in our seats
Movie trivia's the illest"
"What Friends alum starred
in films with Bruce Willis?"
"We answered so fast
it was scary"
"Everyone stared in awe
when we screamed Matthew Perry"
"Now quiet in the theater
or it's gonna get tragic"
"Were about to get taken
to a dreamworld of magic!"

"The Chronic!" "What?"
"-Cles of Narnia!"
"Yes, the Chronic!" "What?"
"-Cles of Narnia!"
"We love the Chronic!" "What?"
"-Cles of Narnia!"
"Pass the Chronic!" "What?"
"-Cles of Narnia!"

Second that. I laughed my *## off. It was so good I was thinking that they must have had some help from the Beastie Boys.

Would a 'squirrel thread' be incomplete without the Fark squirrel?

I couldn't agree more, Bitt. That was the funniest thing I've seen on SNL in...well...maybe a decade. I only watched this one because I was at a friend's house and was forced to. I'm kinda glad I was, if only for that one bit. Other than that, it was the same ol' SNL. That skit at the Sbarro was a prime example of a poor SNL skit:

- think up one joke
- hammer joke into ground

And actors, don't forget to use poor timing and never take those eyes off those cue cards!

Maybe they should do more pre-recorded material.

Sorry for the rant. Does anyone know if there's a clip of that rap available somewhere?

Last season was pretty good about not doing that same-old hammer-it-into-the ground thing, but this season has been a little worse about it. They were doing more political stuff, which I liked, and didn't lend itself well to the repeat-until-not-funny paradigm, but, again, there's been less of that. At least most of the people they have on the show now are actually funny, unlike 5 years ago.

Well, I will say that the people on the show don't instill a sense of anger in me, unlike 5 years ago

Molly Shannon, Cheri Oteri, Chris Kattan...*shudder*

The Slate has more about the SNL rap skit.
Ganz interresant.
