DVD Slim Case Templates?

DVD Slim Case Templates? Anyone know where there is one that I can drop my own art into to make covers for my home DVD's?

http://www.avery.com has word templates for all of their products which include dvd covers.

They also have some free software called DesignProLE. This is intended to be used with their pre cut labels and such but if you are willing to use a razor and straight edge...

Lastly they have a fifty-something buck DesignProDeluxe available at avery.com.

Oh, they also have some kind of online label designer which I haven't checked out.

EDIT: The downloads don't work well in FF. (read not at all)

All I am looking for is a word document that is the correct size, that way I can put ,my own lettering/pictures in and print it, cut it an be done. Dont want to use any Avery stock.

Here then, these are word docs.

You may need to adjust the center column to fit the slim cases. These are for std width dvd cases and the center column is .5in but can be easily adjusted.
