By the way, this is the kind of stuff the Borg would need to build their cube starships and assimilate earth, so don’t tell them about this. We do not want to set them up.

I'm assuming he's quoting a company advertisement in which they make a Star Trek reference. Not a very conventional advertising scheme, but possibly effective given their target audience.
