Both links are to "sold out" items, so it would help only in terms of specs...

True, but the specs are still very useful for tracing an adapter.

An example...

(Stock #: ACAD44) Rated at 13.5 VDC/1300 Ma.
With 2.1 mm ID. / 5.5 mm OD. Type B coaxial plug, positive tip.
$8.50 Each from SMC Electronics.
