Est. Free Space - Not updating

Hello!

My buddy is visiting from Denver with his empeg and his Free Space is not updating on his player. When he adds 10 or so albums, it still says he has 34.5GB free. I even did a refs=0 and removed unused mp3s from his player and the number didn't change.

Last night his player did a Media Check on its own if that is of any help.

Any idea on why emplode isn't updating?

Well guys, you know the drill by now -

OS, version of player software, version of emplode.....

2.00 final, Hijack 41?, WinXP and Win2000 (happens on more than one PC). Emplode 2.00.

His player isn't here for me to test now, but will be Saturday.

Question: Could he have the deleted songs in another playlist somewhere else on the player? In that case, they may not have shown up with a refs=0 search. Can you search for one of the deleted tracks to see if it is elsewhere on the player?

It happens when adding music too..
