200GB PATA Drives?

Any idea if the current 160GB drives are going to be the largest 2.5" PATA drives manufactured? I was hunting for a 200GB drive, and it looks as if they are all SATA drives.

SATA To IDE adaptor? Of course this will convert to 40-pin ide so you would need yet another adaptor...ugh.

Or a special cable with 40-pin & power at one end, and 44-pin at the other end (they exist, I got one from a mini-itx site). Ugh!
