Anyone seen this problem before?

Internet Explorer on Windows XP often doesn't bother downloading the images in a webpage and just leaves the "broken image" icon there.

It's fairly consistently the smaller images in the page (like spacers and stuff) and on a particular page, it seems to be the same images that are always broken.

If I right-click and hit "Show Picture", it sorts itself out.

Any ideas?
