Exact Audio Copy and LAME.

Badly.

Winamp, mv, id3lib command line tools.

Are you picky about them? (I don't know how to ask this, but I try to make sure the artists, titles, etc. are correct. I know other people who don't bother editing whatever CDDB gave them, right or wrong.)

I would be if I could find a decent tag editor.

By album, in the right order.
