Those "bridge" solder joints are likely to be correct. The pins are simply connected to each other via a track on the board. Because of this, when they are reflowed, the solder easily flows and bridges the two pins.

Because this makes visual inspection difficult, we try not to do this and instead run a small loop out of one pad into the other rather than straight between them.

I agree with Mark, not your problem.
