Sony most likely has a "Service Center" there. In which case you can purchase or order it. It doesn't even have to be a replacement part.

I would've done that here in Dallas, but they closed down our service center for lack of profits I guess.

Instead I used crutchfield.com ... which probably ships to Germany.
