I still have colored lenses available and a lot of the Deep Red and Light Blue (which is my favorite of the colored lenses).
Both of which are on sale to try to get them moving.

Anyone that's interested get them while they're still available HERE at DarkStorm Designs

Yeah,

I'll bite and buy yet another great lens from you Steve - should have bought them all in one hit but anyways....

Keep me on the list for Neon Blue though - Don't know whether you got my mail (because of your PC crash) requesting you keep me listed as someone who wants a Neon Blue. If you didn't then well I really really do want one if you can get the material.

Thanks

Ok Im ready to buy. This may have been asked before, so sorry for reposting, but which of the lenses (regular or GEL) most closely resembles Chrysler Amber? I have a 97 Sebring that the Empeg Amber just doesnt look right in. Thanks.

Is a clear lens needed for the colored gels?

Steve: correct me if I am wrong...

Yes and no. When you buy the gel, you get the gel pre-adhered to a clear or smoke lens. The cost of both lens and gel is all in the final price.

Correction: to a clear or smoke lens.

Cool. I have a smoked lens and love it... it is really close to my green car interior lights. I'm thinking of trying a neon Green or a gel combo.. but I want to be sure of the match before I spend the $$.

Anyone using the standard blue lens that came with your RioCar, do yourself a favor and replace it! Even if you stick with blue, the non Antirefliective coated ones are so much simpler to see in the sun light.

I was the same way. I'm not sure which amber will match my Mitsubishi better. I went ahead and bought two. If the past is any indicator, I should be able to sell the other on later on.

Hurray I'm a Journeyman.

I've actually though about reading the marriage ceremony at a dress rehearsal just to see if anyone got it.

The whole thing is being redone. I inherited the old one which was crap. We decided to just start over and therefore the old one hasn't been maintained.

I didn't even think about that.
The list of emails for people that will buy Neon Blue if I find it is gone as well.
I suppose it's not a priority right now but if I do end up finding some, anyone that would still buy them needs to email again to get back on my list.

Hi Steve,

Something I've been meaning to ask, do your lenses have a matte or gloss finish?

I think I've worked out a way for me to use Paypal from ZA. Hoping to order some lenses this weekend

Regards,
Aragon

I don't have one, but from everything I've read, they are shiney.

They are shiney, I just got a light blue one and it is much easier to see in the sun than the original blue. Go for it they are great lenses.
p.s. thanks again Steve

Everyone should keep checking back by the way.
I plan on making an announcement later this week.

Also I am quickly running out of the colored lenses.

Go ahead and email if you want to get back on the list for a Neon Blue if I find material.
Saved email was how I was keeping the list.
