Yep I agree... But if it would only put more info from its database (like the release year) into the ID3 tags. Also, being able to automatically sort into folders other than just artist would be cool. Oh well...

I tried the demo version of MoodLogic and it was completely useless to me. There was no way I could see if it really "did" the things I wanted it to "do" in the crippled version. And there's no way I'm going to pay to register it until I can find out if it works.

I thought the 'credit' offered for filling tags was pretty measly. So I ditched it.

I agree that the demo version doesn't really give you a good feel for its success rate on identifying tags. What they should do is not fill in the tags, but tell you what percentage of your MP3 collection can be identified (rather than just leave them gray). It did a reasonable job on my collection ... Have you tried the 2.0 version (was there a 1.0?)?

It starts you out with 10,000 credits though when you buy it. I don't see myself with 10,000 mp3's any time soon, but I'm sure there are some people on the board that may.

My MP3's got the year set, but I'm not sure if they were set before and it just ignored the previous value ... I'll look around and see if I can figure it out.
