I was using the LAME DLL, which didn't have too many options. But, then I saw Ezekiel's post about the external LAME encoder and started playing with that last night. It is definitely better than the DLL, although I did have a little trouble getting the arguments to work at first. I believe I ended up using "%s %d -b 192 -s -F -q0 --lowpass 20" but I'm not sure right now, as I did it on another computer.
I think I tried EAC once and didn't like it. Audiograbber seemed to do what I wanted and I didn't have any problems with it so I spent the $15 or whatever it was. Thanks everyone.
