wonder what the changelog is... not posted on the hijack site yet.

At a quick guess, there's probably been a message for the Cincinatti meet added to the startup sequence. There was one for the Amersfoort meet a few months ago. Probably no major new functionality.

It was already coded in v293, so it didn't show up in a diff between 293 & 294. I should have looked harder, but I was half asleep yesterday!

i didnt know that text needed to be off by one in the kernel.

It's just a method of hiding these little startup message easter eggs. I remember some discussion of the European message back in June, but I can't find it right now. Other messages are all plain text as far as I know (unless there are other hidden messages waiting to appear!!)

I'm the one blushing.. v294 fixed a tiny bug that caused the message to flash by too quickly to be read.. blush
